DeskPi RackMate T2 10-Inch 12U Deep Server Rack
The DeskPi RackMate T2 is the big brother of the 10-inch range: 12U of space and a deeper 260mm frame. That extra depth is what makes it work for real mini-lab hardware, such as Lenovo Tiny and Dell Micro PCs, a Minisforum MS-01, a 4-bay desktop NAS or a compact UPS, which are too deep to sit comfortably in the 200mm T0 and T1.
With 12U you can run a cluster, storage, networking, patching and power in one rack, and still leave room to grow. The T2 is in DeskPi's 260mm depth family alongside the TL1 and the Plus models, and it uses #10-32 threaded rails.
One thing to know before you buy accessories: the T2 is designed for T2-specific 260mm shelves. The 200mm T0/T1 shelves fit poorly and leave a gap, so choose 260mm accessories, or take our T2 NAS and Cluster Pro Kit, which includes the right shelves.

Frequently asked questions
Will a Synology DS923+ class NAS fit?
Our configurator uses 223mm for a 4-bay desktop NAS. That fits inside 260mm, but rear cabling will be tight, so plan short, right-angled leads.
Can I reuse my T1 shelves?
Not ideally. DeskPi says T0/T1 shelves are a poor fit in the T2. Buy T2 260mm shelves instead.
What is the load rating?
DeskPi does not publish a figure we can confirm. Load rating: TBC.
